Joel was very helpful, changing the vehicle he was going to show us and finding one that better filliled our needs. Joel explained the many features of the vehicle and programed my cell phone into the hands free system. Jerry in finance also was very helpful, finding us a good interest rate on the loan. Thank you to everyone involved.

I was in need of a pickup for pulling my horse trailer and had an ’08 Lincoln MKX to trade. Originally I started at McKie Ford but decided to look at the Toyotas. The entire experience of purchasing the vehicle was pleasant. The sales staff was cooperative, knowledgable, and professional. Mr. Unley very patiently explained all of the features on our new vehicle, not an easy task considering our level of familiarity with the new technology. Overall, we are very pleased and would highly recommend this dealership when looking for a new vehicle.

We were well-satisfied with all aspects of our visit to Black Hills Toyota! Mike was knowledgable about our vehicle needs as well as about the vehicles themselves. Business was conducted quickly and effectively. All personnel we met were professional and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We would do business with Black Hills Toyota again. The coffee and cookies they served weren’t bad either!
